What does the tour fee include?
Price is per person and includes all the food and drinks predetermined by the tour. Our classic and speciality tours are aimed to fill up most people.

What do the walking tours look like?
Tours consist of a variety of stops from different restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops, depending on the type of tour. We will be walking up to 1.5 miles on varying surfaces. We recommend that those with low mobility consider bringing wheelchair assistance. We also recommend comfortable walking shoes.

Walking Tour Minimum requirements:
Tours require a minimum of 4 to run; however, exceptions can be made for private groups. If the 4-person minimum is not met, tours will be rescheduled or refunded in full.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
*New Policy* Thanks to our incredible restaurant hosts: we can accommodate all diets except for vegan diets. Please note your dietary restriction or allergy at checkout. For those with an allergy to more than one food, please email us before booking.

How does tipping work?
Restaurants and bars are tipped appropriately by the tour guide. Tips for the guide are never expected but greatly appreciated. Don't have cash? Send your guide a tip on Venmo! @Foodietoursnc

Tour Cancellation Policies
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation policy for our foodie tours:
1. Cancellation Period: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance and will incur a $5/person cancellation fee.
2. Penalty for Late Cancellations: No refund will be authorized if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour.
3. Rescheduling Option: Guests have the option to reschedule their tour once at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
4. No Refund or Reschedule for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or a no call/no show will result in no refund or reschedule option. The full tour fee will be retained.

What happens if it rains?
Tours are conducted rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, guests will be notified in advance, and a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. Please come dressed for the weather.

Are dogs allowed?
Sometimes! Reach out to see what availability we have, as this must be pre-planned as a private tour!
